A gazebo, a griddle, and Turkish flat bread

We're a market stall on Forest Road: a blue gazebo, a hot griddle, and dough rolled out in front of you. Nothing sits waiting — your gözleme is filled, folded and cooked while you watch.

Fillings run from chicken and cheese to beef, mushroom, spinach and potato, with plenty of vegetarian choices. It comes cut into pieces in a box with garlic yoghurt and chilli sauce, and a cup of our lemonade alongside.
